Pulpitis is an inflammation of the inside of the tooth that develops due to untreated deep caries, tooth trauma or periodontitis.
The acute stage of pulpitis quickly develops into the chronic stage. The pain goes away, creating the illusion of recovery. Meanwhile, the inflammatory process affects the roots and canals of the tooth.
Throbbing pain (especially at night)
Paroxysmal pain radiating to the head
A sharp reaction of the tooth to hot or cold
Initial appointment. Examination of the patient, formation of a photo protocol, computed tomography of the upper and lower jaw. The doctor assesses the state of dental health and draws up a treatment plan based on the data obtained.
Treatment under local anesthesia. Rubber dam application. This is a special latex scarf that insulates the teeth. Canal preparation. The dentist removes the affected tissue under a microscope to eliminate the risk of further spread of infection. Filling root canals using a pin to seal the filling material.
Tooth restoration. To restore a tooth, we use unique materials, which we apply in layers and illuminate with a special lamp.
